The Fantasy games
Last updated 30 September 2026
These terms are a contract between you and Lyve Wyre Group Limited (company number 13966596), registered in England and Wales at 17 Ringshall, Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, HP4 1ND — “we”, “us”.
By creating an account or playing, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the games.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your personal data and forms part of these terms.
Every fantasy game product we operate, including any TestFlight or beta version, and their websites:
This list is added to as new titles launch. Fautor and Valata Index have their own terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the games for your own entertainment. You are not buying the game, any part of it, or anything in it. We keep ownership of everything.
You may not: copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the games; use automated means to play, scrape or extract data; sell, rent or transfer your account; or use the games for any commercial purpose without our written agreement.
The games are competitive, and other players’ experience depends on yours being honest. You must not:
If you breach this clause we may reverse trades, void a result, adjust a balance, suspend or close the account. We will tell you what we have done and why, and you may challenge it under clause 13.
Your manager name and avatar are shown to other players on leaderboards and in leagues. They are the only things you publish to other players, and they must be appropriate for a service used by people aged 13 and over.
A manager name must not be offensive, abusive, discriminatory, sexually explicit or threatening; impersonate a real person, a brand or a member of our staff; promote illegal activity; or be chosen to harass another player.
What we do if a name breaks this rule:
Manager_01, Manager_02, Manager_03 and so on — and tell you it has been changed and why. The number simply tells renamed players apart from one another. It is not a count of your offences. Your account, progress, holdings and Solidus balance are untouched, and you may choose a new name straight away provided it meets this clause. We keep a record of a warning for 12 months from the date we issue it. After 12 months it expires and your account is treated as having no previous warning. We never delete an account without having warned you first.
We may act on a report from another player or on our own review. We do not monitor every name as it is created, so if you see one that breaks this rule, tell us at info@cultivahq.com.
Solidus is the in-game currency shared across our games. You earn it by playing, and you spend it inside the games on scouting and intel.
What Solidus is not. It has no cash value. It is not money, not a payment instrument and not property. It cannot be bought, exchanged or redeemed for money, transferred to another player, or taken out of the games in any form. You do not own it — you hold a limited licence to use it inside our games, and that licence ends when your account does.
What we may change. We may adjust how much Solidus different actions earn, what things cost, and the rewards available. The games are balanced over time and this is part of running them. We will not reduce a balance you already hold, except where clause 5 or clause 12 applies.
What happens to your balance:
| You close your account | Any remaining balance is lost |
| We suspend your account | Nothing happens to your balance. It is intact throughout the 14 days |
| We delete your account for a conduct breach | The balance is forfeited |
| We retire a game | Your balance remains usable in the other games |
| We retire all the games | See clause 11 |
The games are built on a market of real acts, titles and works whose prices move with real public signals. Three things to understand about that:
We may change scoring formulas, tier boundaries, supply and the signals that feed a value. We will do so only for one of these reasons:
Any of these may change what your lineup is worth, up or down, and that is not a breach of these terms.
Where a change materially moves values across a market, we will say so in the app and explain in plain terms what changed and why. You should not have to reverse-engineer a scoring change from your own portfolio.
Nothing in the games is financial advice, and no value in a game corresponds to money.
We provide the games “as is”. We do not guarantee they will be available without interruption or free of faults, and we may suspend access for maintenance, to fix something, or where we must for legal or security reasons.
We may retire a game, a season or a league. Where we retire a whole game we will give reasonable notice — at least 30 days where we can — and will explain what happens to your progress and your Solidus balance.
Where possible, if we withdraw all the games permanently we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email, and will set out what happens to your Solidus balance. Where we can, we will give you a period to spend a remaining balance before the games close.
We cannot promise this in every circumstance. If the company enters administration or is wound up, what happens to the service is decided by an administrator or liquidator and is outside our control.
You may close your account at any time from within any game. Your personal data is then deleted as set out in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or delete your account if you breach these terms — in particular clauses 4, 5 and 6 — or if we are required to by law.
We will never delete an account without having warned you first. Where we decide to delete, we suspend the account, tell you why, and delete it permanently 14 days later. During those 14 days you cannot play, but nothing is deleted and your Solidus balance is intact. That period exists so you can challenge the decision — write to info@cultivahq.com and we will look again.
A warning is recorded against your account for 12 months from the date it is issued, and expires after that.
We delete your data twelve months after your last activity, as set out in the Privacy Policy.
Talk to us first. Email info@cultivahq.com. Most disputes — a trade that looks wrong, a league result, a suspension — are a mistake or a misunderstanding and we would rather fix them than argue about them. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
Our liability. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, and because the games are free to play and nothing in them has monetary value:
Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We may change these terms. Where a change materially affects your rights we will tell you by email at least 14 days beforehand, and continuing to play after that means accepting them. If you do not accept a change, you may close your account.
